What are your shutters made from?
We offer both PVC and Timber shutters. Our PVC shutters feature a dense outer layer with a tough aluminum core for stability, making them durable and maintenance-free. Timber shutters are lighter and excellent for insulation.
Are PVC shutters waterproof and non-toxic?
Yes. Our PVC is non-porous, making it highly resistant to water and humidity, perfect for bathrooms and kitchens. We use only high-quality, SGS-certified VOC-free materials, ensuring they are safe and non-toxic for your home.
Where are your shutters made?
We manufacture our PVC shutters locally in our Melbourne factory (Spot On Shutters), ensuring fast turnaround times of 1-3 weeks. Special shaped shutters (arches, circles) and timber shutters are custom-made overseas and take approximately 10-12 weeks.

Is it hard to install shutters myself?
Not at all! We provide comprehensive video guides and step-by-step instructions. Most customers find it very straightforward. By choosing DIY, you can save 40-50% on costs without compromising on quality.

Do I need a frame?
Generally, yes. Frames provide a square mounting surface and a professional finish. We recommend watching our "Check Measure" video to understand which frame (L-Frame or Z-Frame) suits your window best.
How do I replace a damaged louvre?
We offer a "Louvre Repair Kit" containing a custom-cut louvre and replacement pins. It's a simple process, just measure your louvre and watch our repair video tutorial.
3 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Manufacturing takes 1-3 weeks. Once dispatched, delivery times are generally 3-5 days for VIC, NSW, SA and QLD, and 5-7 days for WA. Small parts are dispatched next business day via Australia Post.
How are freight costs calculated?
Freight costs are based on the total square meterage of your order and your delivery location. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

How do I earn points?
Shop: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Sign Up: Get 100 bonus points after your first purchase. Review: Earn 500 points for leaving a product review.
Can I exchange points for cash?
No. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for currency. They can only be redeemed as discounts on future purchases on our website.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity. "Inactivity" means no points have been earned or redeemed on your account during that period.
